Talus OCD – Ankle Arthroscopy Trainer

This ankle arthroscopy trainer is designed for realistic simulation of osteochondral defects (OCD) of the talus. It features a mobile tibiotalar joint, allowing dynamic joint movement and accurate intra-articular access. The model includes a medial talar OCD lesion with both normal firm cartilage and pathologic soft cartilage, enabling clear differentiation and hands-on practice. It allows training of key arthroscopic procedures such as diagnostic assessment, debridement, microfracture, and AMIC, providing a practical and reproducible environment for skill development.
